Does Mountain Studio use AI?
Definitely not.
Every piece of media created by Mountain Studio is 100% created by a real-life human being, using CAD and 3D spatial modelling software, tailored specifically to you and your needs.
Who do you work with (homeowners, businesses, developers, other creatives)?
If you are an architect or another creative with plans already drafted and approved, and you’d like to offer an extra service to your clients, I can model your designs for you. Your intellectual property will remain yours, as they are your original designs.
I also work with homeowners directly, even renters out there who need help designing a layout and businesses with fitouts.
How will I receive the design files?
Your designs will always come back to you in a .pdf format; however, you can always request the original drawing file too if you would like it, and have the correct software to load it.
Please keep in mind, access to the original drawing file is up to the discretion of the studio, as we can not allow changes to be made to the original by a third party.
Where is Mountain Studio Located?
Mountain Studio is located in Newcastle, NSW. However, as this is an online 3D Design service, we can help you create the space of your dreams, no matter where you are!
What happens if I am not happy with the outcome?
From the start, right through to the end, the studio works closely and collaboratively with you! So, you will always be the one in control; we are here to facilitate your vision into becoming a reality. However, if you receive your renders and you want to see different perspectives or lighting, you can get up to three revision renders back (completely free), depending on which package you chose.
If you would like additional renders, a new quote will be provided, and we can continue to collaborate from there!
Do you offer payment plans?
Of course! With any package, the deposit is 50% initially after signing our partnership contract. The additional amount for smaller designs will be due 14 days later.
For larger projects requiring a complete design documentation package, we accept stage-by-stage progress payments as the work is completed.
You will be given a timeline of this before you sign your contract, so that you are always kept in the loop and never have any nasty surprises or hidden charges.
